It is characterized by a very robust and innovative iron structure, capable of withstanding the strongest loads, and curved beech slats. Many sizes to choose from, either by wishing a double bed base. The iron frame of the Apple range orthopaedic bed base has been designed to last for a very long time. Unlike "traditional" bed frames, no holes have been applied in the structure to insert the slats, an ineffective solution that often causes the slats to break. Our innovative iron bed bases are characterised by the so-called "slatted holder", a very durable structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which the same slats are inserted with special polyethylene supports. Therefore, it is virtually impossible for the slats to detach from the frame for unmatched stability. Features: The orthopaedic bed base from the Apple range is characterised by an iron structure, made through a 40 x 30 mm tubular frame and an inner counter-adre for inserting 14 slats made of pure beech wood, multi-layer, steam-curved, 68 x 8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, completely solvent-free, so safe and environmentally friendly. The kit consists of 4 plastic end caps, iron corner plates, 4 corner joints with plastic cap, 16 screws, 16 nuts with cap, 28 slats.
