It is characterized by a very strong and innovative iron frame, able to withstand the strongest stresses, and bent beech slats. There are many measures to choose from, whether you want a double or a single BED BASE. Furthermore, EvergreenWeb is able to realize, even very quickly, also custom slatted frames. The iron frame of the orthopedic bed frame Apple range has been designed to have a long life span. Unlike the "traditional" nets, no holes have been applied in the structure to insert the slats, an inefficient solution that often causes the breaking of the strips. Our innovative iron nets are characterized by the so-called "slat holder", a very resistant structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which the same slats are inserted with special polyethylene supports. In this way it is practically impossible for the slats to detach from the frame, giving the network unparalleled stability. CHARACTERISTICS The orthopedic bed base Apple range is characterized by an iron structure, realized through a 40x30 mm tubular frame and internal counterframe for the insertion of 13 slats in pure beech plywood, steam bent, 68x8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally free of solvents, therefore harmless to health and environmentally friendly. ORTHOPEDIC BED BASE The double bed base Apple range, starting from the 140x190 cm size and above, has a double reinforcement bar that guarantees an even more solid hold. In the one and a half version there is a single bar. This orthopedic net has an overall height, including the frame, of 35 cm.
